Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and every order placed with Clay And Bloom, a sole proprietorship trading online from 2nd Floor, Plot No. 273, Shanti Nagar B, Gurjar Ki Thadi, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, India. Browsing or ordering means you accept them. They are read with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy, and they are governed by Indian law — the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act 2023).

1. What we sell

We retail Pool Accessories online — floats, loungers and floating trays, solar pool lights and fountains, ladder mats, poolside organisers and thermometers. Orders are placed here and dispatched from Jaipur. We do not install, service or maintain pools, and we do not supply pool chemicals.

2. Safety — read this before you buy

Nothing we sell is a life-saving device, a personal flotation device or a swimming aid. Floats, loungers and hammocks are leisure products for competent swimmers in supervised water. Never allow a child to use any float as a swimming aid, and never leave anyone unattended in or near water. Drowning is silent and fast, and no inflatable prevents it.

3. Electrical and solar items

Solar lights and fountains are low-voltage and battery-powered, designed for the use described on their listing. Do not modify them, do not connect them to mains power, and follow the maker’s instructions for placement. Any fixed installation near water is a job for a qualified electrician.

4. Using the site

Use it lawfully, give an accurate delivery address and phone number, and do not scrape or republish our listings and photography.

5. Prices, currency and tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) including any tax that applies. We trade below the GST registration threshold for individual sellers, so no GST is charged separately and no GST invoice is issued; a plain sale invoice travels with the consignment. Shipping is quoted before payment — free from ₹2,999, otherwise a flat ₹99, with no volumetric surcharge added afterwards.

6. Orders and our right to decline

An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms on dispatch. We may decline or cancel — refunding in full anything paid — where stock has run out, a specification was published in error, the address cannot be served, or the order shows fraud markers. Summer demand can exhaust a line faster than the site updates.

7. Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any other wallet, and we never ask for or store card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

8. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Handling of 3 business days, delivery in 6–15 business days, free cancellation before dispatch and a 7 days return window are on the relevant pages, which form part of these terms. Anything used in a pool cannot be returned, and we do not promise delivery for a specific date.

9. Use, wear and over-inflation

Vinyl fades and hardens in sustained sun and chlorine; that is ordinary wear. A seam split by over-inflation, a puncture from a poolside edge, or a solar unit modified or drilled to fit is user damage. Neither is a manufacturing fault, and we do not offer a warranty of our own on either.

10. Intellectual property

Text, descriptions, photography, layout, logo and the name Clay And Bloom belong to us or our licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Do not copy or republish them commercially without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated in these terms, the site and the products are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or of any product — including any loss arising from the use of a leisure float in or near water — whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing removes your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay caused by carrier-network failure, flood, transport strike or government restriction. Where such an event prevents delivery entirely, we refund in full.

13. Changes

These terms may be revised; the version published on the day of your order governs that order.

14. Governing law, jurisdiction and contact

Indian law applies, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Questions go to shop@clayandbloom.shop, answered during working hours — Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
