    What to include, so one reply is enough

    • Before you buy: the pool size, whether the poolside gets full sun, and how many people you are seating. That decides float size and whether a solar unit will actually run all evening.
    • Ordering for a date: the date and your PIN code. We will say honestly whether the window works, especially through the summer peak.
    • About an order: the order number, and the PIN code if it is a delivery question.
    • Leak or damage: the unboxing and inflation video, within 48 hours of delivery. On that clip we replace or refund at our cost.

    Before you write about a solar light

    Check the insulating pull-tab under the battery has been removed, and give the unit a full day of direct sun. That solves the large majority of “it does not light” messages, and it saves you a wait for our reply.

    What we cannot help with

    We do not install, service or treat pools, we do not advise on chemicals, and we cannot recommend a product as a swimming aid or safety device — nothing we sell is one.
