Are these floats safe for children?
No — nothing we sell is a life-saving device, a personal flotation device or a swimming aid. Floats, loungers and hammocks are leisure products for competent swimmers in supervised water. Never let a child use one as a swimming aid, and never leave anyone unattended in or near water.
How much should I inflate a float?
Until it holds its shape and the surface still gives under a thumb — not drum-tight. Over-inflation is what splits seams, and air expands in afternoon sun, so let a little out on a very hot day. A seam split by over-inflation is user damage; one that hisses from the first fill is a fault we replace.
My solar light does not come on. Is it dead?
Check the pull-tab first — most units ship with an insulating strip under the battery that has to be removed, and that is the single commonest cause. Then give it a full day of direct sun. A unit under a tree or on a shaded rail will run for a shorter time each evening; that is the technology, not a defect.
How long do solar lights run at night?
It depends entirely on the light they collected. A full day of direct summer sun gives most units several hours; a monsoon week gives far less. We publish what the maker states and will not promise a fixed runtime, because nobody can control the weather.
What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Free from ₹2,999; below that a flat ₹99 on the order, with no volumetric surcharge afterwards. We pack in 3 business days and send from Jaipur via Delhivery Heavy / VRL — 5–8 business days to metro PIN codes, 7–12 business days elsewhere, or 6–15 business days from order to door.
Will it arrive before the weekend?
We cannot promise a date, and summer is exactly when courier networks are slowest. Order with a clear week in hand if it is for a party, and ask us with your PIN code if you are unsure — we will tell you honestly rather than guess.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery, nothing else. No credit or debit cards, no net banking, no PayPal, and no payment credential is ever stored. Prices are in Indian Rupees with applicable tax included.
Do you sell pool chemicals or service pools?
No. We sell accessories — floats, lights, fountains, mats, organisers and thermometers. Water treatment, installation and servicing are not things we do or advise on.
Something is leaking. What now?
Record the unboxing and the inflation, and email us the clip within 48 hours of delivery. On that evidence we replace or refund at our cost. Inflating at home to check is exactly what we ask for and does not count as use.
Can I return a float I have had in the pool?
No — chlorinated water leaves residue and we will not resell it. Unused, dry items complete with valve caps and fixings can be returned within 7 days of delivery, with approved refunds processed within 12 business days. Full conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
Is there a warranty?
We do not offer a six-month or manufacturer-backed warranty and will not pretend to. What you have is our returns cover for anything leaking, cracked, dead, wrong or short on arrival. Vinyl that fades after a season in sun and chlorine is wear.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No — we are online-only, with no showroom or counter. Every order is placed here and shipped from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
